Just come back from the Hotel Locarno, it is not a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Carpets weren't the cleanest and the room was VERY dated. Wiring did not work, so most outlets useless, horrible fridge in the room - didn't even look inside!! Overhead shower didn't work, but hand held one did well enough. But there... more
