On July 14, 2008, we stayed at La Casa Jalisco. If you are in doubts when you arrive (the outside bulding), you feel the soul of this hotel as soon as you step in. We booked a luxury room; spacious, nicely decorated (beautiful and spacious bath room as well). The bed was very comfortable. Very nice, friendly and personnel check-in... more

I have not been in that many hotels but this one was really great. The room we got was huge and even though it faced the street it was not noisy. It was a couple of miles from downtown but after talking with a couple of friends who did stay in a hotel downtown we decided it was even better... more

We spent few days in april during our honeymoon in the suite at second floor: great place to stay in La Paz, very nice hotel, clean and quiet! Nice people in the reception, polite and open to share suggestions for restaurant and tour (great swimming with sea lions at Los Islotes!!!) best place! more

´We are the kind of people who like outdoor physical activity. Fishing, kayacking, snorkling.......... and we also like a plush place to land after a fun filled day. La Casa Jalisco offers all of that and more. A quiant 10 room property with exceptional staff, a beautiful pool, and the rooms.....I thought I was staying in a wing of a... more

Beautiful hotel, incredible staff and a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment the owner, Juan, greeted us with a hug to the moment we waved good-bye at the airport, our stay at La Casa Jalisco far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the guest rooms are very large. The tub in our room was huge!! My brother and... more

The ambince at the hotel is very relaxing, and the rooms are large and cozy. We had drinks by the great swimming pool under the palm trees, we really enjoyed the expansive continental breakfast in the poolside restaurant. We had booked an island tour through the hotel reception so they even set up the breakfast early for us. Our experience... more

This hotel is located in the worse location in the whole town, the noise is terrible!!!! if you dare to stay, take ear plugs. The management will not help you, they think is part of the city fun. more

We apologize that the hotel was not what CaliforniaElena expected. We try very hard to ensure each of our guests enjoy their time at Hotel La Casa Jalisco. We do have a couple rooms that are elevated above street level, but if a guest requests a move we always attempt to accommodate. Again, CaliforniaElena we are sorry you didn't enjoy...

Casa Jalisco is a wonderful middle ground between a hotel and a B&B....a sort of European pension. Breakfast was included and more than the usual continental breakfast! The room was spacious, and well appointed and the entire establishment was maintained to the last detail. Juan and Brett were great hosts, helping us to find our way around and recommending restaurants... more

My experience at La Casa Jalisco is the best I've ever had in a hotel. The customer service was outstanding. The new owners, Juan and Brett, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and make everyone's stay memorable. They recommended local restaurants, lent me their laundry facilities, and chatted every time they saw us. Juan and Brett... more

Casa Jalisco is a great place. The rooms are very spacious, the decor is surprisingly luxurious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free wireless is a bonus. The big tourist hotel in town charges 15 bucks a day for access--can you imagine? The only bad thing you could say about the place is that it isn't more central,... more
