This hotel has the price tag of Four Seasons or a Ritz Carlton but without the service or amenities. The staff is ok, the owner has her dogs running around the property, there is no mini bar, no in room WIFI or internet access( 21st Century people come on.) My husband and I stayed a week at Hacienda San Angel after my sister's wedding in Nuevo Vallarta. We loved it. It doesn't have Four Season type luxury but it is beautiful and intimate. Each room has incredible personality. The courtyards full of bougainvillea, fountains and candles are spectacular. I would love to go back. more

Our friends just had their wedding at Hacienda San Angel. Most guests stayed at the Westin, but we wanted to be near the bride and groom so we stayed at HSA.
