We really relied on Trip Advisor to help us choose where to have our vacation. I have nothing negative to say about Iberostar, Cozumel. The service was better than I could ever imagineand the food was out of this world delicious. Your room is cleaned every day, and yes, there really is towel art. We found ourselves excited to go... more

This hotel is excellent!! We arrived to an excellent foyer and were checked in quickly, the rooms are in small blocks of 8, 4 upstairs and 4 downstairs and are beautiful round thatched buildings. The rooms are comfortable and have good equipment. The food was out of this world, a chocolate fountain with fresh strawberries, fresh salmon, prawns, Mexican nights,... more

Stayed at this all inclusive resort after a week at a local hotel north of town. Iberostar Cozumel is large resort with expansive and beautifully landscaped grounds. The well maintained gardens brim with friendly animals including iguanas, flamingos, birds, tortoises and some tree frogs. Rooms are comfortably sized and well maintained. We had two rooms. We had to move out... more

My family stayed at Iberostar in Cozumel for two weeks in July, and it was really like a little slice of paradise. As I told the 'Star Friend' Paulina, it has everything anyone should need to really enjoy themselves, unless they brought emotional baggage along with their swim trunks. Things I loved: the grounds--gorgeous, the combination of palms, plants, succulents.... more

Stayed here in March 2008. Rooms were ineffecient for 3 people. Rock hard beds, flat pillows, dark closets and a fowl musty smell. no where to sit and relax. We only went to the room when we had too because it was too depressing. Beach was terrible. Sand goes to the waters edge and then its all rocky and you can't... more

Read the first 20 reviews and only listen to the good things they have to say about this resort. 2. As you are checking-in, request a bed foam topper. 3. After check-in,... more

Overall our family trip (8 adults, 7 kids) to Iberostar Cozumel was enjoyable. The good---Staff was great, food was good, Star Friends (entertainment staff) were awesome, They organized activities during the day ---beach volleyball, water polo, learn to dance salsa, etc and performed kid shows and adult theme shows each night), resort was clean and well laid out, snorkling off... more

Our family returned from a 9 day stay at the Iberostar on July 27th. We were a little nervous about selecting the Iberostar instead of the Occidental Grand. However, we decided to take a chance and stay there to save $600. We couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff made us feel welcome and took care of all of... more

We have literally just got back from staying at the Iberostar for 2 weeks 19th july-2nd august. The best holiday i have ever had!!! The mexican staff and the guests made this holiday truely unforgetable. First choice should be very proud of Donna the rep, she's lovely and thoroughly enjoys her job. As for Abraham at the swim up bar,... more
