Booked a jacuzzi room over the phone, at check-in nobody had my reservation. Front-desk chalked it up to "in-experienced" employees. Ended with a tiny old, dark, dirty, smelly room for a hefty price. Horrible experience. Filthy room. The toilet was dirty. The man at the counter did not speak english. There is a rowdy bar next door that was extremely loud that kept me awake. The dinner theatre next door was awsome. Great food and very entertaining. more
