This is a beautifu hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown and the historic section of Vancouver. Very large rooms. Ours was the cheapest city view, but we had a king bed, a sleep sofa for our son and a fold-a-way bed for our daughter and still had room. more

An excellent hotel even with no electricity for a couple of days (glowsticks were provided)! The staff are always ready to assist and friendly, the room is bright and clean and, the bed and bathroom are both comfortable, spacious and clean. The skytrain 'Waterfront' stop is a 5-min walk and the 'Hop-On Hop-Off' bus & tram stop is just outside... more

Was here for a social event with about 350 others in my group. This is a lovely, expensive hotel. Check-in was quick, but our Sunday 5am check-out was difficult. Auditing issues allowed us not to get a final bill, or a total cost amount, so we had to leave the property without knowing how much we owed...scary! They faxed the... more

We had originally booked into the century plaza - but when we got there it was so awful we checked out immediately - we called up the pan pacific and despite being canada day weekend we got excellent rates and had a front row view of the canada day fireworks. The hotel has stunning views over the water to stanley... more

The Pan Pacific has some of the nicest staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All were extremely professional and accommodating. I was there for a large conference and it didn't feel like a convention was going on, because of the physical lay-out of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. Plus, I was given... more

I stayed at this hotel for a conference last June and absolutely loved it. It reminded me very much of a Four Seasons. Room: I had a room that faced the water, which I think maybe all of them do in one form or fashion. The beds were very soft and comfy, but I think my favorite thing was the... more

Stayed here on a post cruise stay in Vancouver. Fantastic location, very close to Gastown and public transport links. It's an easy 5 min walk to the train or the ferry to the North Shore. Not the best location for downtown shopping, but thats only a 15 min walk or short bus ride away. Our room was huge (especially after... more

Definitely not as good as the Pan Pacific in Seattle, but it seems that all of these Pan Pacific Hotels are simply great. Front desk was accomodating and the room clean. There were big windows allowing us to have a beautiful view of downtown Vancouver on the 21st floor. The shower drained well, and the bed covers were delightfully soft.... more

Stayed here June 2008. It is right on the water walking distance to everything dowtown Vancouver and Stanley Park. We had a harbour view...spectacular! The windows are large so you can watch the beautiful sights on the water. The rooms are bigger than most and immaculate. It is a very busy hotel, with lots of convention rooms and sits at... more
