We recently stayed at the Westin for three nights as part of a trip to Seattle and Vancouver. Overall, it's a really nice hotel -- even in a small suite, we had plenty of room for two people. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. My room was on the 27th floor and faced BC Place and the Vancouver Public Library. Besides the spectacular view, the room was perfectly quiet and well sound-proofed, both against city noise and against other hotel guests (essential for a light sleeper like me). Found the hotel to be in an excellent location for anyone visiting down-town Vancouver. Close to Yaletown, Chinatown, Gastown, Skyrail, Harbour Centre Tower etc. Word to the wise: Go careful when walking to Chinatown. It's in a rough area. Ok during the day, but not at night.
