The location of this hotel is great--very close to the downtown. The parking is reasonable for underground parking in the area. The halls decor was pretty dated and the room's furniture was cheap quality. The bed was comfy for watching TV but oddly very uncomfortable for sleeping. The shower was amazing--curved rod for extra room and an adjustable, excellent pressure... more

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance due to the fact that the weekend we stayed was Caribana and this tends to be very very busy. I booked 3 rooms and asked for them all to be near eachother since there was a group of 12 of us going down. I called and cancelled the 3rd room because it... more

We stayed here for two nights, as our previous hotel (Novotel) was booked up for the Gay Pride event. We loved the area surrounding Novotel and were happy to stay in the vicinity for the rest of our stay. However, as two female travellers, we felt more and more uneasy as we approached this hotel. Best not to go via... more

We stayed 2 nights in May 07 The Hotel was well located for Yonge street and other attractions but seemed to be a deprived part of town. Though we never felt threatened . The CN Tower is within walking distance as is the harbour front though they are about 20- 30 minutes away. The room was comfortable and clean and... more

I booked this hotel on accident but it was a pleasant surprise. I was in town for a conference at the Convention Centre. The hotel was a quick 1.25 mile walk from the Metro Convention Centre (it would have been much faster if I'd wanted to take the subway) and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Very... more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found it very clean and comfortable, with a good sized room and really nice continental breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful - I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably priced break, as it is good value for money. more

Overall, we had a great stay. Parking cost us $15 for a 24 hour period with in/out privileges. We were a little worried about the location but it was OK...far enough from Yonge so the noise level wasn't bad. Breakfast was OK...not too many choices...mainly muffins, cereal, toast or bagels. Room was very good, nothing to complain about. Would recommend... more

whilst walking away from the hotel to head into central Toronto, a female passing motorist called out to us to "watch your money,it's not that great an area" This caused us to become a bit paranoid and we would have looked around for another hotel but as the AIDS conference was in full flight everywhere was booked up.however having had... more

Located fairly close to the central area, about 5mins walk from King or Queen Subway. Rooms were clean and pleasant but decor in the hotel could do with a spruce up in places compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was of a good standard and the free internet access in room was good. Staff... more

The high level of customer service coupled with good basic/clean rooms, a free continental breakfast & C$15 per day parking made this a good choice for me to stay in Toronto on 3 separate occasions recently. This hotel is not flash, but it is close to downtown and convenient for sightseeing. It is great value for money - I got... more
