I have read thousands of reviews about this hotel and was wondering wether or not to stay here. I decided to book it and chose a Junior Suite. When we arrivied in Toronto, I saw the hotel was in a bad neighborhood. It looked bad but I soon discovered we would not go through it much and could easily use... more

We stayed at the Grand for two nights during the March Break. I was travelling wit h 3 teenagers and wanted a nice hotel with a pool and breakfast facitlities that was fairly central. I booked a junior suite because I thought it would be roomier. The room was alright but not suited to our needs. The sofa bed was... more

If you are a business traveller avoid this place at all costs! Here is why: There are certain things that a business traveller needs: a comfortable bed, noise isolation, a room with comfortable temperature, reliable internet access and even on-demand movies. This hotels lacks all of those items. Apparently this was an RCMP building that was converted into a hotel... more

A beautiful old fashioned lobby with amazing flower displays and helpful attentive staff. on reception. When we arrived there was an issue with our booking and we were given complimentary drinks while we waited. Unfortunatley the bar staff and door staff could both learn a lesson from their colleagues! The suite was great with lots of space for four adults... more

I let almost a year slip by before writing a review for this hotel. In short, excellent! Service, staff, acommodations, food - everything was above expectations. Breakfast was divine, as were the cocktails, the rooftop views and the pool area. I wish all hotels were like this one. more

We stayed at the Grand hotel for 2 nights, and it was great. Our Junior Suites were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The location was excellent - steps away from the Eaton Centre and great shopping. We had a lovely complementary breakfast each morning including both hot and cold food. Complementary internet... more

Stayed one night for leisure and was very happy with our stay. Our room was bright and clean and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations. We found the location central and was able to walk back from dinner. The price was reasonable and staff was knowledgable and friendly. We will gladly stay at The Grand again. more

This is my third time staying at the Grand Hotel Toronto, and each time I have a very pleasant experience. We stayed in an executive suite over the weekend, and were very pleased with our room and service. The room was very spacious and clean, with an adequate size bathroom. The room easily accomodated the two of us, with ample... more

Stayed at the Grand Hotel for one night at the end of a holiday touring around Eastern Canada. The pool is great and the spa baths are really warm and deep. Exactly what I needed after a lots of walking. The roof terrace is a great idea. Only one of the spa baths was working but had it to ourselves... more
