I am a regular Ramada guest and a Whyndam Rewards member and I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty to the brand after a stay I had this past April. First the reception area felt like a doctors office, it was cluttered and dirty and it took nearly 10 mins. for someone to show-up in the lobby to check me in.... more
