We have stayed in numerous top hotels in Toronto but this place beats them all .. 4 Season, The Savoy, St Germain etc do not truly compare with the level of service, comfort of rooms and amenities. Stayed for a sat night visit to the city. Wonderful hotel if visiting Rogers centre, ACC, CN tower, exhibition, theatres, etc. If you love to shop, you might prefer Yonge and Bloor. Very modern hotel with luxury amenities in rooms. Many rooms are almost too large, seeming cavernous to the business traveler. Wireless connection was not great, but manageable. Service is excellent, especially concierge. Room service/restaurant is very fancy, but I found it to be more show than substance. Heated floors in bathrooms are very nice touch for winter seasons. more
