Casa Bianca is Montreal's finest boutique maison d'hote. Located on the park, enjoy spectacular views from the rooms and suites facing Mount Royal. It is just two blocks to St-Laurent Blvd. – "the Main" - and the Plateau, Montreal's cultural heart and its restaurants, cafes, yoga, shopping, music and nightlife. The house is an architectural gem, and the interior's restored details are original to the century old urban chateau. more » « less

The house is really beautiful and the location is perfect. Very close to everything and very much where the locals go about their business as opposed to staying in Old Montreal. You can pretty much walk to anywhere. Great cafes and restaurants around. Our room was one of the suites and while really beautiful and very comfortable, there were hot... more

Casa Bianca is a unique house set in the trendy neighborhood the Platue in Montreal. Right across the street there is a wonderful park , st. Dennis and Lauriel streets are within walking distance. There you'll find top natch restaurants , great shops and public transpotation. I'll recommend to stay in one of the bottom floor rooms , the upstrais... more

Casa Bianca is beautiful and very affordable. The location is really peaceful and convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping. Michael and the rest of the staff were very helpful. I would totally recommend this B&B. We stayed in the Mont Royal room, which is spacious and sunny, and features a lovely clawfoot tub. The breakfast of store-bought pastries and... more

The stay at the Hotel was enjoyable as the location for bars and restaurants was good. Michael's service was excellent. Given the price for the stay the sheets and duvet cover ought to have been ironed. Following on the biggest complaint is the state of the garden and the exterior of the building. Vegetation encroaching onto the entrance pathway did... more

Great Location right across froma park so there were great views. The Esplanade room is big and pleasant- we enjoyed our claw foot tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh baked continental breakfasts with international guests providing an entertaining start to the day. Relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely return. We visited Montreal for McGill University graduation, traveling as an extended family, ages 24 - 63. We booked three rooms - one single, one double, and one triple. Micheal, the manager, was very friendly, kind, informative, and helpful - beyond the call of duty! He provided particular personal attention when our adult daughter had an unexpected fall. We stayed four... more

Decor is georgous, a simple & spacious room. Folks are very nice. Tennis court and park is right across from Casa Bianca. Just make sure to bring your tennis racquets! Too bad we did not. : ( Totally enjoyed the lovely weekend at this B & B! : ) Elska/Peter/Little Katie New York more

It's so refreshing to stay at such a down-to-earth place. Perfect location and a very welcome mix of heritage architecture and minimalist, modern furnishings. Airy and bright with great views of the park. We loved it. Be warned if you are a finicky traveler expecting full-blown hotel services: you won't find that here. You also won't feel like you're barging... more

We were five women in Montreal celebrating the 30th birthday of one of us. We booked the two lowest level rooms, the double and the triple. The sleeping arrangements were lovely - soft sheets, separate bed/room for the third person. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly Michael who carried in our luggage and gave us detailed... more

We enjoyed Casabianca and were pleasantly surprised by just how down-to-earth it was. The architecture was beautiful, our room spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the bathroom spectacular (how often does one see a claw-footed tub these days?). We loved talking with staff, who had excellent recommendations and made us feel as though we lived in the neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty... more
