Drove in to this place simply because it was convenient. Didn't expect too much, but was very pleasantly surprised given that I only paid about 44USD per night (June 2008). This place exceededt my expectations. The hot tub was great after a day on the ski slopes and $164 for 3 nights in South Lake Tahoe and about a mile from Hevenly in mid Febraury. how can you go wrong. Its an older motel but I had no problem and would stay there AGAIN! more

BEWARE! Large room but the positives end there! No A/C had to open window to trash strewn alley for some fresh air.
