Hotel is well run with friendly unobtrusive staff and clean, well decorated rooms. Location is excellent, just a short walk from St James's Park, Big Ben, Westminster Pier for boats down the river and Buckingham Palace. Liked this hotel very much it has been nicely and tastefully refurbished. Very helpful staff who assisted us with a very early check in. Excellent and quiet location within close walking distance of the Royal Parks and all the sights of Westminster. Probably the best beer in London is served in the Pub. Very conveniently located, just down the block from the St. James Park tube station. The Fuller's Pub on the ground floor is a nice, comfortable place to grab a bite to eat and a pint.
