This hotel needs to install air conditioning - I have stayed several times and the rooms are fine in winter and very comfortable but when it's warm the 'air cooling system' is useless. It's very noisy with the window open as there are trains one side and a clock that chimes every hour the other! more

After a terrible train journey from Leeds (never again), it was a relief to arrive at a lovely, calm hotel right outside the Greenwich station. Staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and the restaurant at breakfast the following day.
