Stayed in Avenue House for one night while in Belfast. The room on the top floor was spacious, clean, and great windows with a nice view of Eglantine Ave. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions on activities while in Northern Ireland. We selected Avenue House based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Great room, with clean bathroom and great hot water. The room had lots of wonderful shelves, so you could lay your things out on the shelves and stay organized. This was better than at any other B&B. Room had luggage rack. Spent 7 nights here in April with a friend. Had a wonderful spacious room with bright windows overlooking a tree lined avenue. Beds are comfortable the ensuite bathrooms are shiny clean and great hot showers. Coffee and tea tray very much enjoyed. Cable TV in room.
