The hotel has a superb location, less than 100 metres from the centre. And it is very modern, plasma TV screens, free internet and wi-fi, and free newspapers. But at the same time it is charming, the building has been beautifully restored. Breakfast is good as well, although the room is quite small. Staff is helpful and friendly. more

It is about 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar but it's situated in a small alleyway so at night times, it's very quiet. The Hotel is in an excellent location and very close to the vibrant Santa Cruz area. Everything about the Hotel is excellent, it's location, the lovely rooms, the friendly staff,the funky rooms and reception area and of course the beautiful food. Its a fantastic place to stay and enjoy a wonderful city. I would definitely stay in this Hotel again more

Quite a nice hotel and excellent location. However, it is not really high tech - don't get your expectations too high: only a few computers with Internet connection in the lobby. The bathroom does not assure the sense of privacy - the doors don't really close and it is mostly opaque glass. more
