The Hotel Pulitzer is extremely well located in central Amsterdam. All the sights may be reached on foot or an easy trolley ride away. Robert, the Concierge, was extremely helpful. So, we used starwood points, otherwise we would never have been able to afford to stay at the Pulitzer. The front line staff exhibit a disdain for American tourists. By no means this is a five starr hotel, although the price says it is. Not in service, not it ammenities or facility.
