Brugge is a nice city to visit, whether it's the first time or the twelfth, with well preserved medieval cobble stone streets, chocolate, lace, tourists, all the "european ambiance" without the modernity intruding too much. (Brussels has better food, Antwerp is more hip, but Brugge is a great walking city, and the Tuillerieen is perfectly situated, close to the center,... more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Tuilerieen. Our room and hotel were amazing even though we did not have a canal view.we had a wooden floor with lovely furniture and soft furnishings and a huge chandalier. Check in was quick but our room wasnt ready as we arrived in the morning but after a walk... more

Booked this hotel having read Trip Advisor reviews. This hotel is fantastic. I cannot find fault with anything. The hotel is classy without being too formal. The staff were professional, polite and happy to laugh and chat if that was what you wanted. We upgraded from a Standard to a Superior Deluxe with canal view for an extra 50 Euros... more

We wanted a romantic 1 night stay not too far from home and after deciding upon Brugge, everyone we spoke to told us how wonderful it was. We weren't disappointed! The hotel is in a perfect position opposite the canal and just around the corner from the main square, where I highly recommend you take a horse and cart ride... more

We booked this holiday on a whim and it ended up being one of the best we have had. The staff at Hotel De Tuilerieen, the room, the 'Bruges Factor', the celebrations for Belgium's National Day and great weather all combined to provide us one of the best holiday ever. The Good: 1. The rooms. When we checked in, we... more

An absolute gem of a hotel we had booked a standard room which was upgraded to a superior at the front of the hotel overlooking the canal and also a triple room which was huge at the back of the hotel. We took our dog and she was made most welcome. We were able to park free outside with a... more

We booked this hotel with friends and when we arrived early the hotel kindly allowed us to check in which was a good start. Our friends who had booked same standard room as us (superior deluxe) and who booked later were given a great room with a four poster bed. We were given a room with dirty walls and carpets!!!... more

stayed in the junior suite for my honeymoon, brilliant room with spiral staircase leading up to a 4 poster bed for us and downstairs a pull out sofa bed for our child. the room is away from the hotel and very quiet and private, cab costs about 10 euros from station, its walkable but easier by car. the hotel has... more

Had the great pleasure of spending two nights here - wish it had been 20! A real gem of a find, and worth every penny. Lovely classical frontage, well furnished and decorated to a high standard. Beautiful bedroom (233), 2nd floor, overlooking the canal, quiet central spot - despite tourists walking along this popular location. Fabulous large bed with linen... more
