I only stayed one night whilst away on business but I was immediately made welcome by David and Louise. Hotel was clearly well cared for and my room was perfect - especially the view across the bay. Recently stayed at the hotel with my sister and mum as a surprise treat for my mum's 60th birthday. The hotel rooms were very clean and the views from the front of the hotel were lovely. Stayed at the Hen Dy with my elderly mother . Louise and David could'nt have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and plentiful!. The room we stayed in was at the back of the hotel but was very comfortable. Will defininitely stay there again in the future. more

We stayed for two nights at Hen-Dy and enjoyed out stay very much. We were on the top floor and as there was no lift, it made for an interesting walk - I tended to stop in between floors and admire the books in the bokcases along the wall. David and Louise work very hard to make their hotel special and will go out of their way to please their guests and make their stay at hen-dy a happy one. hen-dy is a really clean hotel and the food is of a very high standard. in my opinion you wouldnt get better service at any of the other hotels... more
