stayed here for 3 nights and couldn`t fault it . Superb apartment - we were in no.11 - a deluxe apartment and it was! 2 balconies with ceiling fans, huge living area, seperate bedroom etc, whirlpool bath. Fabulous!! I don't know why anyone would stay anywhere else. It's in the center of town, a grocery store right across the street and restaurants galore. We stayed at The Newport in one of the one bedroom superior apartments that fronts onto Macrossan St for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. It was on maybe the second floor so it was well above street level. It was very private and the pool area was very quiet. I will love to stay there again when I return... more

My husband, myself and son aged 11yrs stayed at the Newport for 6 nights early August. Apartment spotless and absolutely HUGE.
