Hotel is located in Giza not close to just about anything. The rooms are well appointed and the pool area is lovely. Reception staff lack and service skills and were unable to answer even the most basic questions. I was there for 5 days, and on my third day (of only being able to eat the resort food as there was nothing else around for miles), I contracted a parasite and still have it after 2 months. Check in lasted 2 hours , they could not find reservation and asked us to pay again for our stay. Rooms are totally run down and smelly, the bathrooms are the worst....
