I stayed for 10 days in sept 2007, they gave us very dirty room, smelly and the bedsheets are stained. When I asked to change the room they requested me to wait till evening, they shifted me to another room which is little better than the older room but still to dirty............ The hotel is conveniently located (5 min walking from metro station of Novena), but it seemed to be shabby. The room had the carpet stained and was not as clean as expected. Read previous reviews but had already booked so hoped for the best and pleasantly surprised. We were only there one night, didn't notice any smoke smells in the room. Breakfast was a good feed. Access to MRT station was convenient so quite happy to stay there again. Malcolm more

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of the Singapore Airlines package. The room was nice and spacious, we had only booked a double with a baby cot for our daughter, but they gave us a family room with a queen and single bed. So that was a nice surprise. I would say that this is a typical budget tourist hotel where you one gets an adequate room with just adequate service.
