Hotel is fine to stay in, clean room, bath, bring your own wash cloth, none provided. There is 24 hour security, hotel desk staff is great, speaks English, arranged city and canal tours, sent taxi to airport to pick up, supermarket , bank with ATM nearby, 24/7 restaurant, free breakfast. This hotel was very poorly managed. We had no hot water on some days. I got serious ear infection swimming in pool, with little or no chlorine. We were treated rudely and overcharged for services. The bi-lingual front desk women are rude, the hotel charges $32 for transportation to the airport (try asking a taxi driver outside the doors, they charge $25), and the hotel is asking too much for what you get. The breakfast buffet is decent, better than most, and they do have a pool....I guess that's what your $60+ is going towards.... more

The experience in this hotel was terrible. The bed was so small, the pillows were little and solid and and there was only cold water. I just hate it ! Stay away from this hotel if you don´t want to loose your money and time. more
