I recently traveled to Atlantic City to see Ringo Starr in concert. I didn't want to drive the couple of hours home after the show, so I wanted someplace reasonably-priced to stay for the night. Hotels on the boardwalk are exorbitant, so I looked a little farther afield -- and the Red Carpet Inn looked like a fair choice. It... more

This urine stanched, feces still in toilet--under the clean paper strip across toilet, stained carpeted, filthy, disgusting hotel has no place even being advertised with any other hotel/motel. Within 5 minutes or less we knew we could never lay our head down, never mind place our feet on their floor and immediately cancelled our 3 night stay. It says, "NO... more

The Red Carpet Inn is located just outside the hotel strip (city) in Atlantic City. Just a short ride. If you do not want to pay $300 a night and just want a clean no frills room then this is the place I recommend. I am not use to staying in places like this but I could stand it for... more

We ended up booking this room when I found out the "moonlighter" bust trip we had planned on taking was no longer offered. We had tickets for a show at The Borgata, and had to find a reasonable place to stay for under $200/night on Memorial Day weekend. Good luck, right? After running out of options, this looked the least... more

I booked a a King Size room with travelocity for Red Carpet Inn on New Years EVe and it was the worst celebration I could have. I paid over $180 for a junky room. The room had white powder in the AC/ heater unit. The towels were dirty. The linen had blood spots all over the place. The front desk... more

We didnt anticipate the high costs of a hotel/motel on a Saturday night - we were quoted $450.00 a night at the Sheraton (not on the boardwalk) by the Atlantic City tourism information booth we stopped at and that was very steep. After they saw our jaws drop, they suggested the Ramada off hwy 2 which was $200.00 . We... more

> I reserved a room last week for one night at Atlantic> City and booked online. Mistake!!!. It was much less than the big boardwalk hotels and I> understood that this would not be 5-star of course. However, I still> paid $130 with the tax included, so I at least expected the room to be> clean.... more

I had gone to Atlantic City for the first time and this place was the best for the price. I had looked to another motels nearby but they were so high and the quality was not good. The place was quite was I got catch up on my sleep. The quality for the price is good. The rooms are clean.... more

I wasn't able to get anything else but a room to this motel and this was my worst experience. The room was dirty and the carpet was burn and dirty. Nasty bathroom and soiled looking linen on the beds. I see why they say "no refund" when you pay them your hard earn money. They wanted $146+tax for a Sat.... more

Not uninhabitable but the place certainly qualifies as “dumpy”. Just about everything’s old (though the bed was comfortable and the tv was good). The place seemed perfectly safe, but everything’s really run down and the front desk/office people aren’t exactly sunshine and smiles. I stayed there one night with a friend. It was kind of fun staying there because it’s... more
