Rooms are in need of urgent attention - patio doors doesn't close, toilet seat is moving, sealant is black around the bath, no hot water (just warm). This hotel was one of the best we've ever been to. We have traveled much of the world and never have I seen bluer waters. There was never a moment of boredom, and the hotel was absolutely fabulous.
