The Palace Hotel is a lovely base if you want to view the Gardens in the Imperial Palace. It has beautiful rooms that suprisingly are decked out with Victorian Decor. Service is not what you are used to in Japan however the guestroom is huge, in-room amenities amazing and the bed is 2 x 4 meters (yes two meters in length and 4 meters in width). The balcony -large- overlooking Imperial Palace and Gardens is fantastic. Would definitely return. more
