Our family stayed 3 nights and the service was well above average and the staff went out of their way to help. They have a 4 station internet lobby with small fees and the staff made exchange of US dollars to Pasos without a discount or service charge. We were 3 nights in November 04. The hotel was in its second year. Everything is quite new, large rooms (we requested a change from twins to queen). Customer service was helpful and friendly. In general we liked it very much. The best: breakfast buffet is excellent if you are into sweets. Cookies, pastries and cakes are baked on premises... more
