When we first arrived at the resort we were a little hesitant because of the shanty town you drive through to get to the LTI, but we were expecting this as first choice said that " Margarita is Caribean Unspoilt " how wonderful we thought , we imagined white sand blue sea, beautiful pools and long strolls through towns and... more

Unfortunately I have wasted a lot of hard earned money and spoiled rare and precious time with my wife. I feel totally conned by First Choice, their advertising for this hotel and destination is utter carbage. The location is appalling with armed guards at each end of the beach. The beach is sub standard with little sand, wild dogs freely... more

I went to this hotel back in June 2006 for my wedding, I had 24 members of my family with me. Booked with First Choice. Transfer from airport was good and the booking into hotel was ok, but they got a few rooms mixed up as I had requested that we are all near each other but as there was... more

Hotel. This was an average, half hearted affair - not bad but not anywhere near 3 star accomodation, in... more

I went to this hotel and resort with my husband for his 30th birthday treat. We had read previous negative reports on trip advisor. We arrived at the airport and was greeted by our rep, Carlos. There were six coaches and one small mini bus to take us to our retrospective hotels. Ours was the minibus and my heart sank.... more

We arrived back on Tuesday 10th Sept, and this may well be the longest review! Firstly after reading the reviews, we wanted to cancel as it sounded like it was infested with bed bugs and salmonella etc. We instead upgraded to a Junior Suite for £150 thinking that should we spend 99% of the hol in the room we might... more

A long hall Late deal in a 3-4 star named on the beach resort for less than £1,200 for 2 weeks all inclusive for 2 adults ,with a major tour operator at a time when there were very few discounted late deals around seemed to good to miss but we should have. All travel (flight transfers etc) arrangements were very... more
