We booked a room with two queens, the room itself was pretty large, but the bathroom was none existent. The towels had hair stuck to them, and there was a pubic hair in the shower when we got there. The tiles have mold, and cracks. Wouldn't advise to walk barefoot. I'm not sure if they wash the sheets after previous... more

There were absolutely no electrical outlets in the bathroom. I had to dry my hair in the room. Good luck if you shave with an electric razor in front of the mirror! There was a pedestal sink in the bathroom, which meant no place to put your toiletries on the bathroom counter. This hotel was right on Sunset Blvd which... more

Between the postage-stamp-sized towels (2 total), the peeling paint, the dim light bulbs, the terrible continental breakfast, the attempt to charge for parking, the noise, and the expense...the was our Worst Motel Ever. There are lots of other choices in the neighborhood. Use 'em! more

I stayed there 3 nights. Place needs a major repair. Just because places to stay are very expencive around (close to Hollywood) they still stay in business/ But owner (manager?) was trying his best to accomodate us. For more than 100 per night you will get murky, old, cheap room and chipped tiles in a shower, comfortable beds, frige, microwawe,... more

After a couple of nights of no sleep and hassles at the riot hyatt, we drove down Sunset Blvd. to the Econolodge and rented a room for the night. We ended up extending our stay for 5 nights.. The room was old, but clean. For $72 a night in Hollywood, and FREE parking, I didn't expect much. The staff and... more

I won this motel as a 1* Priceline hotel for about $60, including fees. The location is OK, but the room had problems: missing baseboard molding, no clock radio, a broken toilet paper holder, the bathroom mirror was hung from the towel rack, several cigarette burn holes in my blanket and there was an overall musty smell pervading the room,... more

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. When I first arrived, they gave me a room on the first floor that smelled so strongly of pine-sol and bug spray that my eyes watered. I began to understand why when I saw roaches outside that were so big you could have strapped on a... more

We prepaid our room a month in advance, but when we arrived at 1:50 AM (late because of an Amtrak mess up), we were told our room was gone. I argued that a 3-night prepaid reservation could not be sold away and the clerk relented saying he had 1 room left, but it was with 1 bed, not the 2-bed... more

I wasn't expecting much, but the room was reasonably clean and the water pressure in the shower was very high. The room had a musty smell, but a little AirWick fixed that problem. It does get loud at times, but I got this room for $40/night from Priceline plus $5/night for parking. It is a pretty convenient location and right... more

I got this place for a $50 Priceline bid which means about $60 a night. Normal price is about $90 a night. Hollywood is sleazy so the location is not the best although you can walk to a variety of restaurants and it's just down the road from $200 a night hotels. It's definitely a one star place but it's... more
