We stayed at the Parker as part of an event a couple of years ago and are STILL fighting with the hotel about the final bill. The hotel lost all of the information and have yet to be able to give us a proper bill at check out. They have gone as far as to give our personal information over... more

We just got back from our wedding in Palm Springs. We stayed at the Parker thinking we could hold a small ceremony on the 13-acre property for just 5 people in the evening: wrong. The manager of the hotel would not even call us. Save yourselves the money, as the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear, and... more

Thank you for your email regarding your recent stay in Palm Springs. Though obviously I am disappointed that you did not have a good experience I appreciate your taking the time to let me know about it. My management team and I have spent time with you - during your stay on property - reviewing your comments. As you are...

this hotel is by far one of the coolest and swankiest hotels I have ever been to. there is nothing bad to say about this place, the place is 100% cool and mister parkers rocks. this is not a place for old people. it is a party hotel and people come to party and play. more

Pros: I loved the decor and the staff was fabulous. Everyone was genuinely sweet! The grounds were perfect as well. Couples looking for a relaxing getaway should love the Parker. Although the pool areas were a little busy on the weekend, it died down by Sunday and Monday. It was definitely not noisy and crowded! Cons: My husband booked a... more

Memorial Weekend at the Parker. It was everything I hoped for and more. The service, although a bit average, was made up for by the clientele and ambiance. The only complaint was that the music sucked by the pool. It wasn't loud enough and was very average. A mean German girl would not honor any requests to turn it up.... more

Just returned from a lovely Memorial Day weekend at The Parker with girl friends. What we liked: Courteous staff and helpful concierge. Breakfast at Norma's. Comfy bed and wondeful sheets. Quiet rooms that were very large. Morning Yoga with a wonderful instructor at no charge! Quick valet service. Excellent spa services, including massages and facials at PSYC. Excellent and friendly... more

My significant other and I have been going to Palm Springs for many years and had availed ourselves of the Parker's wonderful spa (PSYC - Palm Springs Yacht Club) so we decided to give the hotel a try. What a fantastic place for a weekend getaway! We arrived late morning Friday but our room wasn't ready...the friendly front desk clerk... more

Just returned from 3 days at the Parker and loved it!! It was a big birthday for me and my best girlfriend accompanied me for a much needed break. It was everything we wanted and more. We were upgraded to a large room in the north building with a hammock. Very private and a good laugh when I promptly fell... more

A close girlfriend and I slipped away for a few days on the "Spa Junkie" package special, and couldn't have been more impressed! I usually stay at great hotels: four seasons, st. regis, etc....and I was much more taken with a place like The Parker. The hotel is full of personality, charm and luxurious amenities. The decor and grounds were... more

My wife and three year old just returned from the Parker. Beautiful grounds (until the TV crew arrived; their ubiquity after a while was annoying--we see enough of them in town like self-important vermin, and didn't come here for more). Nice room overlooking the pool (after they tried to wedge us into a room that even a boutique hotel in... more
