This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The service was just as awful. The people at the front desk were so rude, that should have been my first sign that something was not right. I try to get down to Key West a few times a year and as far as I'm concerned the Sheraton is the best place to stay. The staff always takes great care of my group. I prefer being away from Duval but yet only a shuttle ride away. The rooms are in great shape and the showers are awesome.... more

This was a clean and an excellent place to stay. It is right across the street from the beach and just minutes from Duval Street where all the action is located. Although, the beach directly across the street is not the best in Key West. The hotel is still a great spot. more

We stayed here June 13-14. The hotel is nicely decorated with the brightly painted buildings, the pool waterfall, and all the tropical plants. The grounds were kept very clean.
