Checked in with business and would not even recognize me as a Wyndham By Request member or regular guest. There was not even a manager on site to take care of any problems. and thats not it. The service was also horrible. I stayed at the hotel for a few days for buisness. I got a decent deal off of Hotwire, claiming it was a 4 star hotel.
