The Hard Rock is supposed to be a lavish experience for all guests. Our visit last year was better. The staff were all wonderful and quite gracious this year, but our room was dark with cigarette burns in the furniture. There also seemed to be a lot less staff. We received the Simpson's ride promotion in the mail; probably because we've stayed at the hotel 1X before and were on the mailing list.
