Awful experience, terrible manager services. We went through 3 rooms. First one smelled like smoking room, which we did not ask for . Second one with BED BUGS... We got bites all over Oour legs. Had a great time in the new york new york hotel. Check in was quick, however we requested a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. They said we could have a non-smoking room for an extra $5 a night but we chose to stay in the smoking room, it didn't smell of smoke so it was fine.... more
