I have stayed at this hotel on four different occasions now and each time the hotel has been excellent. The rooms are large and clean and what you would expect for a Marriott. The hotel can get extremely busy at time with conferences but the staff was always polite and helpful with any questions/queries you have. This is the hotel... more

I stayed at the Marriott Westchase with my husband for two nights last week. It exceeded our expectations, and I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews here (after I had booked the stay). I shouldn't have worried! The hotel has ample FREE parking. Beautiful lobby. Extremely friendly staff. Every time one passed me by, they said... more

I stayed here for 5 nights recently as part of a work trip and this is a fabulous hotel. Great rooms and beds. Staff are very friendly, courteous and aim to please. Food and drink very good. Gymnasium and indoor / outdoor pools fantastic also a HOT jacuzzi too. Hotel laundry service was very good but I'd advise not to... more

We had a last minute trip to Houston for a funeral. We got a great rate for three nights at this hotel via Priceline. We were treated very well upon check-in and asked if we preferred a king bed (rather than the two doubles that Priceline booked). We also requested a room with an outside view versus having our room... more

If you stay here, definitely go swimming to see their pool. They have a fun indoor/outdoor pool. The room was large and luxurious. I didn't enjoy the dining, but it could be because I'm a vegetarian and this is Texas. Anything without meat was full of fat and cream, and I had a hard time finding something healthy and vegetarian. more

Finally a real Package. I found the Memorial City Mall package. Had a bit of trouble booking it, as I was told I couldn't get the Mall Gift Certificate until the next day. Problem solved quickly by the General Manager. What a deal. Nice room, great beds. Water took a while to get hot enough. $100 Gift Certificate that you... more

First let me say all the nice things - this was a typical Marroitt hotel - the bed was awesome, the staff was friendly, helpful and polite and the rooms were clean. About a $100 cab fare from the George Bush Airport (including tip). Take the toll road. This hotel has tried very hard to hide the fact that it... more

This was my first "grown-up" stay at a high-end hotel chain. I travel most of the year and stay in a lot of average hotels, like La Quinta or Comfort Inn-like hotel/motels. I wanted to stay here because it is where I have booked for my wedding night hotel. The room was small/average at best. The bed was awesome!! I... more

We stayed here for 6 nights. We checked in late after flying all day and just wanted to give our toddler a bath. The bathtub handle was completely stripped and we could turn the water on only with great effort. We could not get the hot water to come on. Checked the sink - no hot water. We called the... more

My husband and I had to stay here for work. The location is pretty good because it is so close to so many excellent restaurants and it has very good access to the main road. The staff were okay - not helpful - just did their basic job. One day I wanted to shopping and in the brochures they say... more
