We stayed for three nights. Room was large, with refrigerator and microwave and of course cable TV, clean, quiet, comfortable and pleasant. Good closet space. Just enough individuality and brownstone atmosphere to let us know we weren't in a hotel. No breakfast. No daily maid service. No phone.
