I recently passed through Atlanta towards the end of a week-long vacation and had wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Centennial Park. Normally during my visits to Atlanta, I stay in the Buckhead area, but I wanted to be close to the tourist attractions, so I decided to stay downtown. The Embassy Suites was in a perfect location opening out... more

This property has a good location right next to the Park and 1 block from CNN Center and Philips Arena. The property shows signs of heavy use - banged walls, chipped paint, scarred walls. The tub area looked dirty, primarily as a result of age. The internet signal was so poor I had to have it removed from the room... more

I just stayed 5 nights at this Embassy Suites, and I have to say everything was just great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I had room 649 which had a great view of Centennial Park. Complimentary breakfast was available in Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. It is spacious and the only delay was getting omelets but never... more

This is a very nice hotel. Not at all like some other reviews I read. If you are expecting opulance, its not here. If you are expecting a great location, nice clean room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff, then this is what you want. At the end of the day you have the manager's cocktail hour with FREE drinks. Very... more

I stayed at this hotel for two reasons: I love Embassy Suites and it was right next to the aquarium (a must see). I was very disappointed. First impressions of the hotel were great. The front desk staff was nice. The hotel looked clean. That's where it ended. The elevator button for our floor was broken and we had to... more

I booked the Embassy for two main reasons: 1) Because of its proximity to the conference center 2) Aside from attending a conference I also needed a hotel that could host small meetings. My expectations were not terribly high. I've stay in most of the nicer properties in Atlanta including several that are more expensive than this one, such as... more

I was going to attend an even at the Georgia World Congress so this hotel was definitely great location wise. It is also right across the street from the Aquarium and the World of Coke as well as CNN if you want to do some sight-seeing. The positives: *Free breakfast *Large room *Free use of the Business Center *Free reception... more

This Embassy Suite was a disappointment compared to many of it's counterparts.....The staff was not that friendly.......My room was showing age......The wallpaper was peeling off in the living room area and in the bedroom...the vent for the air-conditioning unit was not attached properly and would fly back and forth ever time the unit came on to cool the room....the room... more

I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to, but I was mortified by how little the hotel cared! My stay itself was fine, but the next day I got a call from my credit card company asking about unusual charges, and sure enough it was stolen! It was a new card, only ever used at the hotel,... more

I stayed at this hotel last summer for a work-related conference. The location could not have been any better. The convention center was just a short walk away, and on the very little down time that I had, I was able to walk to Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and Coca-Cola museum. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious.... more
