We just returned from a five-day stay at the Harbour House for our 25th weding anniversary. The room was fantastic not to mention the excellent service and attention we had during our stay. The buffet breakfast was very convivial et delicious with a varied choice of food to choose from. At 4:00pm, they had wine and cheese service for the guests which provided an occasion to meet the other guests staying at the hotel.
They also provided transportation to restaurants and theater for the guests of the hotel.

Our stay was enjoyable and we recommand this hotel and we will return at a future date.

We can't say enough wonderful comments about this hotel. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and we decided to treat ourselves in Niagara on the Lake. Living in upstate New York, it was a treat to go back, we are originally from that area. Besides the beautiful and quaint Niagara on the Lake, the Harbour House was also beautiful and quaint. The moment you walk into the lobby, it feels warm and friendly. The staff call you by your first names and make you feel so comfortable the first minutes you are there. The decor is fantastic, from the wonderful windows to the comfy chairs. We booked the honeymoon suite and were not disappointed. Large room with a nice king size bed and oh so comfy!! The furnishings were mission style and a great fireplace. Off the bedroom was the HUGE bathroom, with a two person jacuzzi tub, large counter and sink area, glass enclosed tile shower and a bay window with a window seat overlooking the harbour. Aside from the surprises my husband arranged with the staff, you were welcomed with chocolates and chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast every morning was included with our package and was delicious, fresh fruits, meats and cheese, a different hot casserole each morning, cereals, yogurts, fresh salmon, croissants, apple strudel, the list goes on, you never left still feeling hungry, and the staff brought you anything you wanted,. They were always there to give suggestions for dinner or make a reservation for you. We ate at Zees patio just up the street and that was great, delicious food. We also included in our package, the Shaw Spa. This was a first for both of us, and it was just what we needed. This included a massage for two, chocolate tiramisu facials and pedicures. It was the best three hours of being pampered, the girls were the greatest, we felt like they were long time friends, you just felt so comfortable with them, funny too!!! thanks Jen and Carol, Rob and Alicia and Gail too! Highly recommend this spa. Can't say enought about this hotel, just go and experience it when you can, when you want a little bit of relaxation and pampering!!!!

My wife and I just returned from an overnight stay at the Harbour House in the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. The hotel was small and very comfortable. Nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. We used their complimentary shuttle to dine at their companion property The Charles Inn. The dinner was five stars! Don't miss the Asparagus Soup.
Our only regret, we only had one night to spend. Hopefully we will remedy that next summer.

My husband and I have stayed at the Harbour House Hotel a total of three times, and counting. Our first dating anniversary, our honeymoon and our second wedding anniversary. All three time, we have never been disappointed with their hospitality.

The European breakfast every morning, is so luxurious and delicious. Offering everything from toast and jam to quiche and smoked salmon.

The rooms are so cozy and make you feel right at home. Their amazing pillow top mattresses, warm fireplaces, relaxing jacuzzi's, powerful showers, incredible duvets and calming decor all add to the most wonderful experience.

All three times we've stayed at the Harbour House, we've had the chance to have amazing dinner at their sister property, The Charles Inn. The Harbour House makes reservations for you and provides a shuttle to and from the The Charles Inn.

All of the staff went beyond their call of duty to ensure that our stay(s) were memorable. We will definitely go back in the future, and we most definitely recommend the Harbour House to all of our friends.
