We have stayed at this property many times over the years, but will not return. The park is within walking distance to Disneyland, has large rooms, and has a charming exterior, but it has fallen into disrepair. The "new" beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The bathrooms have very little ventilation and mold is definitely an issue. The door trim in the bathroom is rotting out along the bottom edge. The drain in the sink emits an odor that can only be described as raw sewage. Smokers in non-smoking rooms are allowed to drag chairs out into the walkway and smoke. This makes the walkways difficult to navigate or obstructs them completely. It also allows cigarette smoke to enter your non-smoking room. Guests are allowed to smoke IN the swimming pool and hot tub. Cigarette butts are everywhere--in the elevator, in the planter boxes, and on the ground. As a Park Inn, the flower boxes were overflowing with geraniums and/or impatiens. Now they are filled with faded plastic flowers and garbage. It is nice to stand in the walkway and watch the fireworks--just don't lean on the railing. It is becoming wobbly and unstable. Use extreme caution in the pool area. Both my niece and my son developed an itchy skin rash after swimming in the pool. My daughter, who did not use the pool, was fine. After 8 stays, we will not be back.
